  • Conductor : Solid Annealed tinned copper.
  • Insulation : PVC or Ployethylene , colors as per spec & thickness of 0.20+0.05/-0.02 mm
  • Pairing : Two cores twisted with lay length as specified in specification.
  • Laying : All pairs laid up in the form of round shape with suitable lay.
  • Taping :Polyester tape applied helically over the laid up core.
  • Screening : Aluminum polyester tape applied helically along with ATC drain wire (In special case only).
  • Rip Cord : Provided for easy sheath removal.
